Policies & Rates: HDS POLICIES | HDS RATES
All HYPE Sessions reflect the following policies: ___ Tuition may be made in monthly payments, due THE 1st of every month. There is a late fee of $15.00 if received after the 10th. ___ My tuition will not be prorated for missed classes. Makeup classes may be made. Any cancelled classes will be rescheduled and tuition will remain the same. ___ Class length are 45 min, 1 hour, and 1 ½ hours, and I am responsible for picking up my dancer on time. ___ In order to participate in class, dancers must wear the appropriate attire and footwear, as stated in the brochure. ___ If I drop or switch a class, HYPE Dance Studio must be notified within 7 days or I will continue to be billed. ___ HYPE Dance Studio is an educational environment where all spectators must remain quiet within the building out of respect for classes and administrative functions. Tuition Policy - Annual Registration Fee for all new students joining at Fall and Spring Sesion. This fee covers registration through Summer 2011. ($25 per student / Family Discount = $5 per additional family member)

- HYPE Dance Studio does not bill unless accounts are more than 30 days delinquent, so please remember to make your payments on time.
- $25.00 Fee will be applied to returned checks.
- Tuition adjustments will not be made for missed classes. Make-up classes must be arranged. HYPE Dance Studio is closed on some National Holidays (as listed). Those classes cancelled will always be rescheduled. Tuition will not change.
- All payments made by CHECK, CASH, VISA, MASTERCARD or ATM. Online payments also available on your account through our website. Recurring / Automated billing available.
- All private lessons must be paid on or before your child's lesson. There is a non-refundable cancellation fee of $25.00 unless instructor is notified at least 24 hours in advance.
- NEW Automatic Payments are available. You may sign up for automatic payments online or at the front desk. A valid credit card is required to be on file for each family.

Tuition for pre-dance/ 45 min. classes:
1 class per week = $42.00 monthly
2 classes per week = $76.00 monthly
3 classes per week = $102.00 monthly
Drop-in rate: $15.00 per 1 hour class / $18.00 per 1 1/2 hour class Annual Registration: $25.00 per dancer Private lessons:
½ hour = $40.00
1 hour = $50.00 Family Discounts: Family members may combine rates up to 7 hours maximum. 45 min. classes combined with 1 or 1.5 hour classes remain at their original rate. |
